Light Conference 2026

Marking its landmark 15th edition, the Light Conference 2026 will continue its role as the flagship annual conference of the high-impact journal Light: Science & Applications (LSA). Since its inception in 2011, this premier gathering has solidified its status as an indispensable global nexus in optics and photonics, dedicated to presenting revolutionary science, debating future-oriented challenges, and forging collaborative partnerships across continents.

The 15th edition of the conference is scheduled for June 11th to 15th, 2026, and will once again be hosted at the Northeast Asia International Conference Center in Changchun, China. This milestone event will assemble the world's most distinguished academics, pioneering researchers, and forward-thinking industry leaders. The comprehensive program will center on critical and rapidly advancing areas, highlighting state-of-the-art technological developments, profound fundamental inquiries, and their translation into innovative applications that propel both scholarly and industrial progress.

Building upon a decade and a half of rich tradition, Light Conference 2026 upholds its commitment to setting the benchmark for quality and impact in the discipline, consistently serving as a vital conduit that transforms foundational research into solutions with tangible global benefits.
